Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager-Hsinchu/Tainan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, and research institutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with suitable equipment solutions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
- Lead contract discussions, price negotiations, and commercial agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, service, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating service support, addressing concerns, and driving continuous business opportunities.
