Job Responsibilities

1. Perform installation and commissioning of semiconductor equipment to ensure proper functionality as per customer requirements.
2. Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnose and resolve equipment failures to maintain optimal performance.
3. Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
4. Serve as a technical expert to address customer concerns, issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain detailed service records, prepare maintenance reports, and provide technical documentation.
6. Implement hardware and software upgrades based on customer requirements to enhance equipment performance.
7.  Work closely with sales, supply chain, and other teams to ensure continuous equipment improvement and best operational conditions.
